Available as a two, four or six seat unit, our Magna Meeting Pod is the ultimate office privacy pod. Featuring comfortable seating and well upholstered panelling, staff will be drawn to the Magna Meeting Pod for meetings with colleagues or visitors, collaborations, catch-ups over coffee and for mobile working on smartphones, tablets and laptops.

• Fabric colour: The Magna Meeting Pod range is available in hundreds of great fabric colours to suit every taste and environment. Get in touch for further details, we have lots of swatches for you to look through. We have the ability to supply rendered images in your choice of fabric colours for your final approval before placing your order. This gives you peace of mind and also shows how good your new pod will look!!!
• Our Magna Meeting Pods are available with the optional extras of power and USB smart charging sockets and a monitor mounting bracket.

Magna 4-seater meeting pods – standard height and a higher back option

Magna Meeting Pod sizes:

There are three options here:

Two seat Meeting Pod (one facing one)

2400 mm wide x 780 mm deep x 1240 mm high with a seat height of 450 mm.

Four seat Meeting Pod (two facing two)

2400 mm wide x 1380 mm deep x 1240 mm high with a seat height of 450 mm.

Six seat Meeting Pod (three facing three)

2400 mm wide x 1980 mm deep x 1240 mm high with a seat height of 450 mm.

If you desire even extra privacy we can supply the above pods with higher backs at 1485 mm high. Please get in touch for details.

Does it come flat packed?

Probably the question I am asked the most. And the answer is yes but you don’t have to worry about that because we take care of it all. We undertake the delivery and installation direct to the end location. Simply tell us where you need the Magna Meeting Pod to go and we will build it up in that location. We will also take away all of the packaging so the Magna Meeting Pod is ready for you to use.
