About Lismark Office Furniture

Company history

Lismark Office Products was established on the 1st April 1987 by my mother and father, Peter and Cynthia Brown. Peter had a good few years’ experience selling office furniture for other companies, before deciding to set up on his own, with the help of my mother who handled all the admin.

The company name, Lismark, was an amalgamation of my sister’s name (Lisa) and my name (Mark).

As the business grew, I joined in 1998 to help with sales, marketing, installations, and the modernisation of the business.

Into the new century, we ventured into having a website and taking electronic payments. We became a limited company in 2007 and I was named a director in 2010.

We have always believed in providing high quality, British made, office furniture, with an excellent level of service. We like to promote furniture that has a contemporary, distinctive design, with a great range of finishes and colours.

Our customers range from sole proprietors to household names.
