These meeting pods are manufactured with extremely durable, commercial grade frames, foams and fabrics that hold up to everyday use in an office. Heavy duty fabrics may be specified for more challenging environments.

All of our office meeting pods come with a wide choice of fantastic fabric colours to suit all tastes and budgets. We also have heavy duty spill-proof fabrics along with colourful vinyl for the ultimate in durability.

We have many options to choose from if you require a built-in meeting table or if you would prefer the meeting pod to only include seating. Extras such as monitor brackets and power sockets can also be added to the majority of models so that you can create an office meeting pod that functions the way you need it to.

Our meeting pods range from around £3000 + VAT, up to around £7000 to cater for a range of budgets. With the modular pods, the price depends on the configuration you choose. There will also be delivery and installation costs dependent on location.

Easy meeting pod delivery and installation

Our specialist installation team will build the meeting pod in the location you require meaning that it is ready for you to use. We even take away the packaging.

Whilst our office meeting pods are very sturdy and not really meant to be moved, if you do require your meeting pod to be moved to a different location at a later date, give us a call.
