Our Bill Meeting Pod is for those who like something a little different. An upholstered meeting pod, the Bill features angled sides to create a design focal point to add style to any interior.

Choose from two, four and six seater pods, fitted with tables and the added convenince of lighting if required. You also have the option of a closed side pod for privacy, or an open sided pod. Opt for a Bill pod with a glass door & wall, for the highest level of privacy.

The Bill Meeting Pod

A new addition to our Meeting Pod portfolio, the Bill Meeting Pod with its angled sides will really stand out in your office environment. Two comfortable sofas are enclosed with upholstered high walls and a ceiling to create a stylish acoustic pod. Use the Bill in place of a conference room to create a flexible space ideal for not just meetings, but for collaborative working, impromptu chats, mobile working or just catching up over coffee away from your desk.

Configurations

The Bill Meeting Pod comes as a two, four or six seater
Choose to have the pod open on both sides or with a full-height end wall on one side for privacy.
Lighting is available, set into the roof of the pod, and operated by a sensor.
You can add castors so the pod may be moved to wherever it is needed. Can you move a meeting room? No, but you can move this pod!
Colours – as usual we have 100’s of fab fabric colours for you to pick from.
Table – we even let you pick the colour of the table. Decisions, decisions….
TV bracket – a TV bracket can be added to the walled pod for all those Zoom meetings us important people are having lately.
Glass door – for enhanced privacy, add a glass door to the front of the pod.

Will it fit in my office space?

Yeah, no worries.

The two seat unit measures 2020 mm wide x 770 mm deep x 2100 mm high.
The four seat unit measures 2020 mm wide x 1270 mm deep x 2100 mm high.
The six seat unit measures 2020 mm wide x 1870 mm deep x 2100 mm high.

How do I build it up?

You don’t have to worry about that because we take care of it all. We undertake the delivery and installation direct to the end location. Simply tell us where you need the Bill Meeting Pod to go and we will build it up in that location. We will also take away all of the packaging so your new meeting pod is ready for you to use.
