Our stunning V-Smart Conference Chair has been developed by focusing the best in design, technology and materials to produce a radical new concept in seating.
The patented smart mechanism inspires body movement while at the same time providing active support and comfort in every seated position, ideal for use during long meetings (we’ve all been there).
How to order
Ever sat on a meeting chair and then had to adjust it to suit yourself? Well, our clever V-Smart Conference Chair automatically adjusts, responds and interacts with the person sitting in it, without the need to manually adjust a number of knobs and levers.
The V-Smart automatically senses the weight of each user as they sit on the chair and instinctively provides the correct tension to work in harmony with each individual. It then establishes the height and depth of lumbar support required and ensures the flexible back fits naturally into the curve of the spine.
V-smart conforms to all relevant UK and European performance standards, and actively fosters and encourages a dynamic posture and is therefore ideal for collaborative and multi-user meeting spaces.
Simple – would you like the V-Smart with or without arms? All our V-Smart Conference Chairs come with an ‘auto-return’ action that ensures that when a person gets off of the chair it automatically returns to the face forward position so your conference room always looks neat and tidy.

The V-Smart frame is available in silver, chrome or white.
Delivery lead time is currently 3 to 4 weeks. As with all of our products we deliver and install and take away all of the packaging.
